The biggest challenge, especially for all of industry wokers, is that we don’t know our soul CAN come to work. Once we tucked it away in our briefcase, but when we finally started to bring it out in meetings, in code language, then the excellence and flow came. Once We freed ourself to be REAL and to share what excited people, We were able to truly be present and BOLD in our work.
